Dr Ross has been a long time theory and history instructor in Vancouver since 1987. He is highly regarded for teaching in the community all aspects of academic pursuit: theory, history, analysis, counterpoint and music appreciation. He teaches and prepares students for all conservatory examinations with the RCM (Toronto) board and all British music exam boards.
New programs and opportunities to instruct in various fields of music are always updated on this site. Music appreciation draws a lot of interest from the senior sector and continues to flourish. As well, Dr Ross conducts musical tours to Europe to show where composers have lived and to experience concerts and recitals.

MusiConnex was established in 2005 as a response to the growing need for top quality private music instruction in Vancouver. Originally intended to assist those with conservatory-type music examinations preparation, MusiConnex establishes a high degree of standards for students wishing music theory and history instruction, as well as top-level performances or interactive music sessions and lessons.
As well as teaching and introducing music to children and adults with challenges (autism, cerebral palsy and the like), MusiConnex also teaches aspiring musicians and children and adults with great musical potential.
If you have a keen interest in music at any level or if you know a child with an intent interest in music, MusiConnex offers one-on-one lessons at very reasonable rates.
MusiConnex also collects donated instruments of all types for student use or MusiConnex will source instruments for our students.
